This request for Kongou is rather unusual, as it was for the 2020 Derpibooru community collaboration but after returning from my holiday in Japan – I had only about a week to complete it, so I did. The OC is based on Star Anise, which was submitted for the 2019 collab, and has modifications specific to this instance.
