----- This is Birch's third time in New York City, after the concert with the Beach Bears, and the departure of the cruise ship. At neither time, did he get much time to do any sight seeing. He didn't have much time this time either, so, just chose one he had not seen which was close to the concert venue. I choose my venues carefully, using Google Maps a lot. There is, indeed, a hotel attached to the theater, and it is fairly old, so, the windows would, indeed, open.
