The Font of Portals.

One of a limited race of creatures born to govern the elements of the planescape (no, not the D&D module). He can create portals between points of any distance. Their properties may allow one to alter their size or material tangibility, so there are some inherent dangers in using the abilities he governs. It is through his abilities that compressed space may exist; whole worlds possibly stored in a bauble such as a marble and carried in your pocket.
