This image is quite tame, with no genitals and whatsoever. Also, i understand these are just some harmless buns, we've all seen some as youths in our favourite cartoon series (these might be the reasons we are here now :P). Regardless, for its suggestiveness i put a T rating, just to be sure.
there's a lot of anthropomorphization going on to the Pokemon in general. As a personal choice, i prefer to stay to a more accurate portrait of the characters. I mean, the original design is really good, so i like to stick to it - seems more approachable to the viewers.
