I recently chose (on my own) to stop drawing pregnant pics involving underage characters, lest I wind up like a few artists who were on the wrong side of the law on such subjects.
In one hand this is a big overreaction, I read up on the guy and yeah he's pretty fucked up. But on the other hand it's better safe than sorry, but I respect your decision. But I think you have a really guilty conscience when it comes to this, it's not like you've done anything IRL right?

Garrido, that dude was really gross. But still I don't think you should beat yourself up over this, there are worse things to draw especially on inkbunny.

been... close to there, have multiple times had to wipe my fics to avoid a lynch mob ... though mine is more of 'that's racist you #&%%%&% (*%%^$$!' rather then 'Pedo'
on the other hand the angry mob type don't really care about the law and do shit like mess up your car or egg your house.
but yeah I permanently wiped some of my stuff and burned the papers to avoid (more) Persecution.

This fear is certainly something that's on the minds of many of us here. No matter how you look at it, all answers seem wrong.
On one hand, you stop drawing these subjects and play it safe; but by doing so, you're admitting defeat to those who believe that even fiction of underage characters is as wrong as actual pedophilia, despite this equation not existing for fiction of other unlawful acts, e.g., a drawing of a stabbing.
On the other, you continue drawing what you want; but how you you respond to accusations to a crime you're not committing? To the best of my knowledge, there's no laws against fictional renderings of underage characters in adult situations, at least not in the US. But that doesn't stop people from jumping to wrong conclusions.
I think most of us who draw this type of content, aside from the obvious kink aspect, do so as some kind of stance on artistic freedom. After all, when you write your own story, you write your own rules. But when you show people your story, you open yourself to scrutiny from those who might try to read into something more than what it is: fiction. Peggy doesn't exist, simple as that. And yet, this is a hill that is difficult to fight on. You don't want to die on this hill. It's a lose/lose.

No way. I'm cautious about the under-aged pregnancy pics because some folks will think that what was caused by either magic or parthenogenesis was done by a sexually active male. And some folks assume that art like that is perverted, period.
I'm stll on the fence on this, but I will post with discretion.

Well, I didn't take it down. The gallery site to the What If She Was Really Pregnant? forum, had crashed, until a friend that worked the site saved my files for me to DL.
Also, my brother found my paper pics and made me destroy them.
However, I may go and post a few of them.
