Background/History
Yu Ame Tai grew up as the heiress of a long family of crane masseuses who specialized in using their talons for assassination by massaging the bodies of their victims and learning everything they can about pressure points. Her ancestors were slaves of warlords, but one day, they learned enough about anatomy and combined it with martial art to defeat the warlord in combat to earn their freedom. Since that day, Yu's family passed the secrets of Ashiatsu to her. After learning the style, Yu began an Ashiatsu clinic, raising many students. She met Derga, Carel's older brother and had a brief affair. She also met Nina, who became her most devoted student despite not being her best one. She was eventually hired by Carel after much convincing by his brother.
