- One night during his mission Arata has been watching the crime organization called the Foot Clan a Mutant Clan of human hating mutants trained in the martial arts of Ninjitsu. Arata came across the clan's top gun Chomps in a one on one battle until the walls around them began to fall and Tokka was in a rampage fight against something they can not see but Tokka. Arata and Chomps temporally join forces to help Tokka before he destroys everything. Turns out Tokka was a under a drg that makes him think he's fight enemies so they came up with a serum curing Tokka of the drug from his system.
