Background/History
Zer0 grew in a small city in Japan, along with her sister. She went through some struggles as a child, watching her house burn due to an arson attack, being split from her sister and parents, and having no home for months. But luckily she found someone who took care of her when she was younger, her fighting teacher, Ari. Ari brought Zer0 back to training house, where she gave her food, water, and taught her some fighting skills to help defend herself in the dangerous city. About 3 years later when she was 17, she was met with despair, coming back to her sensei's house, the whole place trashed and seeing her in a puddle of blood and pelted with arrows. Ari was still somewhat alive when Kaze found her. Kaze was in nothing but tears the entire time, but what her sensei gave her was a map to a certain location in Japan, a cave of some sort. "Use the power I taught you to make it... and once you do, you will truly... be... a goddess among warriors..." Those were Ari's final words. This is what basically caused Kaze to suffer from nothing but depression and despair for her entire life, but she managed to gather courage and head straight for the location. She fought off wolves, bears, dangerous bandits and more threats. But after a battle that felt like forever, she made it, solved the puzzle in the cave and discovered her beloved weapon: Kai's Deadly Sun, Ari's great-great-great-great-great grandfather's weapon in one of the old Japan wars. This is where she would take that weapon and use it for greatness and defending the ones she loves. Months pass, Kaze would hear reports of a massacre going on in Kyoto, leaving her shelter and making it to the location, greeted with groups of enemies and civilians in danger. But, one "enemy" caught her attention, it was none other than the Wolfpack leader herself, Wolfie. The two stared down each other for a minute before the two would face off in a duel to see which one is the best. After a few minutes of fighting, Wolfie would have the samurai pinned on the ground with her gun to Kaze's head, but instead of ending her on the spot, she sees another army of enemies coming towards the two of them, offering her help. Luckily, Zer0 silently accepts the offer and helps the gun girl fight off the rest of the killers. This lead the two to become childhood friends and help each other find and kill threats for money and cash...and fun of course, leading up to today where the two are apart of the deadliest squad on earth, The Wolfpack, and earning her great nickname by Wolfie, Zer0. For showing 0% of fear in everything she does.
