Request by @Corgz. I gave him artistic freedom, besides the fact that Lutari would be wet and happy. He decided to draw him being pushed bu his character Teddy on the swing, while happily wetting. I like the idea, and I think it turned out great.
This is the first you'e guys seen of Lutari. I do plan to have him in stories eventually. This pic sums up who he is pretty well. He loves wetting himself, and actually never goes in the toilet at all. He also doesn't like wearing shirts, and will only wear a jacket if it's really cold, or someone's forcing him to cover up his torso. He doesn't own any T-shirts or anything.
He's also a gay little shit, just like all of my other cubs. You'll see that in any stories I write about him, as well as possibly art eventually.
Anyway, I'd like to again thank @Corgz very much for the art. I'll probably commission him when I have some more money. He is still open for requests too, I think, but I'd like to pay him next time. His art is definitely more than good enough for it.
