This was intended to be my Halloween drawing but I got caught up in some stuff and wasn't able to post it. But hey, better late than never right?
Anywho enjoy Psypher dressed as one of my favorite Cartoon Characters of all time...Inspector Gadget. I still remember watching the show as a kid...and being disappointed in the live action movie the tried to pull off. In fact I still listen to the theme song to this day.
