Meet the New member of the Marc the Ninja Turtle story arc and the youngest character apart of the team.
- Arata's creation was a mystery whether if he was born or created all they know is that he was unique more unique then Marc and the other mutants. As a young mutant still keeping his existence a secret until he met his future mentor Nate who shown him an opportunity to one day make a difference to the world. Years later when the Mutant Rights act was signed most Mutant were allowed to live among society and even made a school for them. Arata was a student in the school and eventually ran into Nate still offering a chance to make a difference but keep his identity a secret. Nate offered to train him and make him a suit more unique then his originally design.
