So I'm guessing it has to either get better soon, or turn out to have been good all along, but I'm missing the context to see that. Right now, though? It looks like everypony is blatantly out of character over your Mary-Sue main character. You might want to fix that by adding a warning. Tell the people that it only looks like a Mary-Sue because they're missing some context. If there is context to miss, which I really really hope, because otherwise... well, that wouldn't be good. Not for you, and not for your readers.

All fan fiction by definition takes place in an alternate version. To be in the proper canon universe a fiction has to be created by the creator(s) or copyright owner(s) of the universe. MLP needs to be done by Hasbro to be in the proper show-verse.
