This is a TSS scene to where Rain wanted to have a conversation with Beatrice during Halloween night. A long-awaited one. He's getting sick and tired of "trying is best" to kill Beatrice, and he thinks that she's just too much fun. Meaning that he was enjoying the crazy stuff that was happening between the two, even all the near-death experiences. For almost 15+ years, he's finally come to his senses, but that doesn't mean he'll stop visiting the hedgehog entirely. You know there has to be a time to where a serial killer can actually give up chasing their first target. Much like in 2018, Rain hasn't really done anything menacing.
