Several years before the war, numerous companies were competing to develop full fledged cybernetics, Kazam Industries being one of the forerunners. With their high percentage of psychic researchers and vast resources they were the first to develop a true mind/machine interface (any allegations of of technology theft are pure definitions and subject to libel lawsuits) and produce working cybernetic limbs. Pictured here is the KZ-37 Cyber-Arm, with riot suppression load-out, that has somehow found itself attached to the arm of one Cassidy the Gardevoir (more on that in the future). Its main feature is it's extendable stun baton, which pops out of the casing for quick use, and can generate a variable strength shock. Weak for those 'Mons that are already susceptible to electricity, powerful for those resistant to it.
When asked about the baton's.... unusual shape and the 'possibilities' for it's low power shocks, lead developer Bertil Thorvald was quoted as saying "What?! What the hell do you mean it looks like a penis?" He then proceeded to scream for around 5 minutes.
