Gadget Hackwrench still couldn't figure out why this was happening. Where she should be growing older, instead she was growing bigger. And as she grew bigger so she found that she was able to affect her surroundings more and more easily, almost like her greatly enlarged brain was influencing the space-time continuum. Before long she'd grown so large that the whole solar system occupied an area no greater than her entire body length. As she watched the celestial mechanics role, her mind began to wander and, thus, she then found herself altering the solar system.
Her reaction was initially alarm, until she began experimenting with the uninhabitable planets and found that she could merely will any problems away. There was no 'should' for her any more, only 'can'.
"Gosh." She remarked. "So this is what it's like to be a god." She sighed shortly after. "Anything can happen by my will. Seems like a boring eternity."
