Once a renowned Botanist and Chemist, Ivan was always looking to push scientific studies further for the benefit of human(Anthro?)kind. His research provided many life saving ideas and concoctions, but it was never enough; He needed to learn more. He became obsessed with plants, growing them within his lab and eventually learning to control them with chemistry, even simply. With this breakthrough came those looking to steal it. Ivan was on the last hitch to his plant controlling formula when he was confronted by a group of thugs who broke into his lab; They trashed the entire lab and Ivan as well, smashing his incomplete formula over him. Covered in chemicals, Trapoffski fell into his lab and disappeared within the numerous plants, apparently 'taken care of'. After a few days, when all seemed said and done, Ivan resurfaced as the creature seen today, a plant monster with a piercing laugh and a crazed mind, unable to recollect who he was or is. He has only one goal in mind: transform the city into a plant paradise, punishing all who did this to him and possibly, the world!~
