Happy Deepavali everyone!

This vector was made in one day for that day – Deepavali, 27 October 2019 (according to the Singaporean holiday schedule). I had done a similar picture involving a genie one year back and wanted to reuse Parcly for that again, but decided to use Saffron Showers (Project SEAPonyCon's mascot for all Indian bronies) instead, as she was closer to the heart of the festival.
