Answer me this...How many of you have that 1 co-worker that is a complete fuck up, has no common sense, has no clue what he's doing, undermines you at every turn, and is only hired because he's boning the bosses son, and you wish had an on the job "Accident". if any of these apply you can relate to Michael here.
Meet Sanderson. he's the work place fuck up that fall under every heading above...he ordered the wrong color tiles for a project and Michael is livid to say the least.
I've worked with people like this but then I've been someone like this so I tend to have a little more empathy for people. It's one thing when someone is being willfully ignorant. When someone is doing their best and just can't get it right that's not their fault. Sanderson looks like he sincerely regrets his mistake. If that's the case then it's not right for the boss to yell at them.
