I'll admit, I do this often, accidently touching the stove top when it's on. (See our stove, you can't really tell if it's on, unless you wave your hand over it. Is confusing) Thought it was totally off, awhile back, pressed my hand directly into the center of the bloody burner. MAN that hurt. It had just been used, nobody bothered to tell me.
