"Science, is the one true ruler!" As the semi-main villain of X-unit, James is the Creator/Enemy of Miko. While Miko was in stasis, James was working on him to be a Bio-weapon, but it failed. Before James could terminate Miko, the X-unit busted in and James was forced to retreat, leaving Miko to live. As the two fight, James will try to manipulate Miko into joining his side, and even get a little up close and personal with him.
