As for the piece itself, they wanted me to draw Shinx here bound up in tape. Don't do tape to often, just don't think about it I guess but for electric types it's a fairly common sight. Never drawn Shinx before but I think it came together pretty well. Not a whole lot else to say really, I hope you enjoy!
