I used Looney Tunes as a reference for the mallet and the oversized bullet, but not specifically for the situation. Though now that you mention it, it does seem like it would fit one of those stupid monkey cards.

if a friend said your work was crappy and they already hate it, they'd be a terrible friend. so why would you say that to yourself?

i dunno, that line of thinking has helped me. helps me realize that there are voices in my head that are wrong, irrational and cruel. i've been depressed and suicidal. it sucks. good luck.

I appreciate your kind words. I'm sure these feelings will pass, as they always do. And I try to keep this stuff from spilling out into the public, but it is still a struggle sometimes. I promise I'll get back to the fun stuff soon. :)
