It takes a lot of work to maintain a strong, athletic build. Dragons, in particular, delight in the narcissistic act of self improvement, and thus, many dragons, no matter how far removed from their primal ancestry, seem to instinctually be drawn towards athletics and have a great deal of focus and determination in the art of their own physique.
