Background/History
She was, together with Arche, her sister, created as they are by Jahveh and a team of technomantic mortals through a process called diogenesis, she doesn't remember anything of her life as a mortal prior to that event. She is called into duty to help guide Elysium, the post-nuclear world, out of the era of chaos and terror brought about by ruthless bandits and the demons that guide them.
She fell in love with a mortal named Ismene during her 25th year of duty, knowing full well the two layers of taboo that came with consummating the relationship. She eventually got scryed out by Jahveh, who had been increasingly vindictive and tyrranical towards the mortals he presided over. He ordered the banishment of her lover to Sheol. Left with no choice, she left Ismene in Sheol with her blessing and the promise that she will eventually rescue her out of Sheol as soon as she deals with her god problem. She then sets out on a journey to not only free the world from terror from the bandits, but Jahveh's iron-fisted rule.
With a tip off from Arche, she goes into Sheol herself and rescues a benevolent demonette named Lucifer who may hold the key to Jahveh's ultimate defeat. She eventually falls in love with her as well, and together they worked to weaken Jahveh's power. In the final confrontation, Jahveh was defeated, but not before casting his ultimate world-ending spell on the world, forcing Valerie to choose between destroying Jahveh and sacrificing the world, or sacrificing herself, and sparing the world and Jahveh. Valerie chose to end Jahveh and herself, with the final order to Lucifer to rescue Ismene from Sheol and to love her as much as she had loved Lucifer. She then picked up Jahveh and launches him into his own summoned comet, blowing herself, Jahveh and the comet up in the sky, saving the world.

World/Setting
The world is in the aftermath of a post-apocalyptic nuclear conflict. Food and water is scarce, and looting is very common.
Body
She has an athletic hourglass figure, under her fur, she has olive skin with invisible markings that blow bright cyan-blue under very rare circumstances. It is said that anyone who challenges her to combat, it is over for them if she starts to glow. Her hair is silvery with subtle cyan-blue tint and she has amber-eyes. hairstye varies. Her feet has opposable thumbs with limited dexterity. Lastly, she has small canine teeth, and her molars are sharp carnassal shears. She has 8 incisors instead of 4.
