Inspired by real events Spunky and I were in talks for awhile in mourning and remembering our friend who was taken away from us too soon. We both discussed the possibility of getting art featuring Arcis´s character and the implications of that considering he had passed away, was that respectful? I will always remember the night he invited us over and he cooked homemade nachos, he regularly loved to cook various delicious items and cooking was one of his passions. After much back and forth we finally decided that doing a commission in a theme such as this, respectfully, would be our way of honoring him and forever embracing a moment that both of us hold dear in our hearts.
