I usually don't post on both accounts, but i like this too much. Its Dante, he's all British punk and honestly i like him. always have. I look forward to the change. so far the art direction is great, the level design is amazing, the gameplay looks damn solid and ninja Theory is always good when it comes to story. Hell if it were up to me, i would stop them from making God of War 4, Halo 4, etc. I would rather see new series, innovation, or even a reboot then the same game with another number on it. Go get um Dante.

I think it looks promising, especially since DMC3 was the only good one. The franchise needs another good game in it, and I think Dante looks cooler than ever, honestly.

Ill have to agree, part 1 and 3 are the only ones anyone talks about. 2 was forgetful, 4's main character was as emo as Raiden back in mgs2, and the gameplay was pretty standard. As much as I'm loving the change there is still a chance the game will be ok, but then again it cant be any worse then part 2 :P. none the less the point of the matter is there trying. i rather see a studio try something new then give us the same shit. Ubisoft tried with Assasins creed, Naughty Dog took a chance with uncharted, hell there already making a new franchise called "The Last of us". I wanna see studios do something new. As much as I love God of War, I DON'T wanna play part 4.

I didn't mind Nero in 4, I just thought it was dumb that Dante was so much more fun but you only get to use him like once, and the arm thing was dumb, and the second half of the game was just the first half backwards.

Also, Raiden in MGS2 was just fine. I thought his narrative made the game far more interesting than if it was Snake.
As for Assassin's Creed, I think they've all blown and just keep getting worse.
Uncharted is swell and Last of Us looks really cool.

very true. Cant help but be a critic sometimes. they've come a long way and there more art to me then games (some of them anyway). But your right, sometimes just need to sit back and enjoy.

i actually like it too. Specifically the first 2. problem is i just felt it was milked for all it was worth. game didn't really feel original to me till it hit Reach. just saying I wanna see something new that's all. i will agree with you it was like the only space age shooter worth playing these past couple of years next to Mass Effect.

Aww nice! most of the ones that suport DmC are equaly trolls as the ones that are gainst it. Its realy nice to see someone that respect each others opinions! =) you are a nice guy XD
