Cute work.  ^^  Don't see pixel art around too much anymore it seems.  Was this pixeled from a blank canvas, or did you create it from a full sized sketch?  Either way can't wait to see how the finished work turns out.  :3

Just opened up MSPaint and mucked around. Glad you like!

MS Paint, the surprising art program of choice for many pixel artists.  But really something that simple is the best for pixel art, aside from the three undo limit.  ^^  Making me a bit nostalgic to make some more pixel art again myself.

Well, MSPaint for Windows 7 has removed that 3 undo limit. I got about 25 just testing it out~

The reason I use MSPaint is because each pixel is individual, whereas professional art programs generally use smoother lines which lead to semi-transparent pixels.

Of course, I used MS Paint myself for years because it is basically a perfect program for pixel art as its precise rather then more professional programs that try to smooth and guess what you want a tablet to draw.  Been a while since I made any pixel art, but when I last did I used Kolourpaint since I made my switch to Linux.  Simple and effective like MS Paint, but with many extra features I found useful such as much more zoom control and controllable rotation with smoothing blur.  Might have to pull that back up again later now.  X3

It's cute how pixel art can sometimes be much more appealing than smooth lines and what not. Maybe because i was brought up on it? Idk, but I like it! :3 Great work!

Hm... I think you might need to smooth out some of the lines. Like remove a pixel or two where they've piled up, or at least slip some anti-aliasing in there.

All in all this is very cute, pretty good for a custom piece, and I think maybe you should try pixel-shading it!

I'm giving this three stars because I like that you tried something new with this. :3 And did it rather well!
