I used SAI's, and tested how one can ink a sketch with it. It works pretty well. I then did basic colors following the KNKL color tutorial linked by Dalehan (FA) on shading skin using the color wheel, where you pick a mid tone, then pick highlights and shades by changing thebrightness and saturation, with a slight hue shift to give richness: https://www.furaffinity.net/journal/3116538/
I also followed Kamui's (FA) color advice from his FC workshop. Since I have blue as a primary, and yellow/brown as a secondary, I picked green as background to form a Y in the color wheel.
Colors are still rough and highlights are poorly applied. Ueh.. just looking at it as I write this I see so many errors. It's really not very good as is. :/
Inking was not too bad, but I have yet to figure out the right way to use the pen for generating nice ink lines with depth.
For those who know Yure, I am missing pink touches on the belly and paws.
