Character Description
Description : Carlos was a boy born from the harshes area where fallen angels cast down Heaven are thrown out. A land where the surrounding area was composed of deserts and rebel angels. Despite being born an orphan with fallen angels he strove to prove he could be a heroic angel despite where he was born from. It took years but he was able to prove to the heavenly commanders he was trust worthy and his angelic flames proven to be strongest among his generation. Carlos works as a the youngest commander himself that helps protect all races from the evil of any form. Despite his heroics...Carlos causes quite a lot of trouble. Mainly because despite being a angel...his language is quite edgy and foul. Plus his flames are quite destructive...he usually leaves anywhere he fights in a sea of heavenly flames which leaves him with many complaint notices that heavenly was begrudgingly has to deal with. They can't fire him from his position since his strenght is already bad enough to deal with...his temper is worse.
Carlos became only interested in males because his original birth mother was abusive. So he has a slight phobia of women. So becoming romantically involved with them... isn't within his comfort zone. Rin and Carlos get along quite well as brothers in combat. Their contrasting personalities help balance each other out.

Carlos loves to fight more than anything. He always fights against the enemies of Heaven as the Seraphic Commander of all angels. Besides that he loves to take care of kids and is surprisingly gentle around small children. Earning him the nickname big brother flame! He volunteers in the local orphanage he funds and built He dislikes bullies more than anything and burns down any form of crime he sees them commit...almost literally with his angel flames. He also hates his secretary angel...since one he is a girl. (Carlos is slightly afraid of women and dislikes them somewhat) and because she always complains to him about he much much of heavens insurance managers keep complaining over his destructive tendencies.
