He's rude but he does care and worry! At least a little!
He's taking him to the kitchen for a glass of water, before he gets him a couple painkillers, clean things up, and then takes him back to bed to cuddle him to sleep bc aftercare is mendatory.

at first this was meant as a quick doodle but then it turned out taking more time but still LOOKS like a quick doodle bc I was sleepy.

:v there isn't much uh... realistic depictions of s/m relationships in fiction. I mean, I totally get not wanting to think about the less fun parts of it, but I do think it's nice to think about it!
(I say as there is no way he didn't get a broken nose or a chipped tooth yet ahahah )
