Yep! Its Rainbow Dash. This one (While missing my art signature) is going to be a small part in a Birthday gift for a friend of mine. This gift is going to have 19 individual drawings on it. This is the only one I'll upload separately. I was so happy with how it turned out that I had to show it to him already. Plus I had to give him a taste for how it looked. It's drawn from looking off of the opening sequence of My Little Pony. I'll re-upload it when I upload his gift. Each part is going to be uploaded in a big bulk upload thingy.
