Sifar the Sunbird is the first of the Elysian Zodiac spirits.
Warm, genial, but excessively vain, Sifar takes his plumage very seriously and can't stand impropriety. His powerful Flash Guard was developed solely to prevent attacks from scuffing his feathers; he has tried with varying success to teach it to his fellow spirits.
Despite his title, and although he is a star spirit, Sifar the Sunbird is unrelated to Ilia, the goddess of the sun per se.
