Not sure. I missed the latter issues as a kid; I think the last one I read was with them going to Wonderland. I read they did a two issue story some time ago where it was implied that she murdered Lil'Cheese (because she's a cat), but not sure if there was a twist ending or not.

like a year or two before the 52 relaunch teen titan had a mini-comic with the hunt for Ally-Kat-Abra for killing Lil'Cheese. by story end she did indeed kill him and felt no remorse for doing it. yeah that's what i want to read when i pic up teen titans

Yes, I am put out by DC's mis-use of the Zoo Crew in the Post-Crisis and post-Zero Hour phases.
The Oz-Wonderland War * was, in my opinion, the last canon story of the Zoo Crew. I frankly would love to see DC put everything back the way it was prior to 1986.
