and for the fingers: I rolled a long snake of white clay, cut the fingers off and then put them on a hand base. I used a toothpick to smooth the area between each finger and voilá.

Dang that sounds easier said than done for the fingers and I know what u mean about them having a hard time to stand I always would have to make a round base for mine to stand on too and often times even that would mess up and topple over while baking it... ԅ(｡≖﹏≖｡ԅ) i cri
