You know...wonder why did never done drawn Kitty from T.U.F.F. Puppy by Butch Hartman ....so here i drew her partnered up with my own law gal, Jean St. Claire of the International Police, and part of the Celtic Samurai universe of characters. She was inspired by Koichi Zenigata from Lupin III series by the late Monkey Punch..just she isnt as zany, as in she does have a sense of humour, just doesnt get on the zany level of antics Zenigata does and is less obsessive on cases. She also hails from France, and despite the stereotype, she never gives up or surrenders.
