Scraps is a very well known no-good crook who lives in Harbor Bay and scavenges around, looking for food or money to steal. He’s incredibly stealthy and very good in battle, also thanks to his long tail who he can use, much like Tangle, as third arm
Personality
He’s dishonest, a bit of a creep and money-hungry... And those are his best traits! All joking aside, very deep down he has a heart of gold and if he meets someone who, miraculously, is more miserable than him he won’t hesitate in helping him or her, especially kids, and he's also surprisingly romantic and is known for being very good with words. He consider himself to be a ladies man, which is kinda true, but his interest is all towards Brandy

Background/History
No one knows where he comes from or what even his real name is, since he suffers of amnesia and doesn’t remember a thing about his past. All that every sailor in Harbor Bay knows is that he cannot be trusted, as he leads a group of minor thieves who commits all types of thievery. However, that partially change as Scraps gets saved from a beatdown by Brandy, who tends to him util he heals. He grows a very large affection towards the girl, not just because she’s “hella fine”, but because she’s the first one who didn’t saw him like a nuisance. He tried to change for her, but not only it’s not easy to get away from two years of bad behavior, the love of his life loves another man who’s supposedly dead... Yet, just like her, he can’t shake off the feeling that they both knew each other...
