Made these pictures for my friends FraGmnTd and Meta-joker for their collab song Live Again(Trixie's Ballad). A very pretty song about a down and out pony who only needs a little love to be truly understood.
When I heard the first draft I asked if I could do this for them and they liked the idea i was forming in my head. They even gave me the idea of adding a pony in the stars. I am so proud of this one. I want emotion I put in freakin emotion, heartache and hope. but this picture wouldn't exist if it wasn't for an awesome song.
Ah, neat to run into the one who drew this. I don't think I have any direct line of contact with the musicians, but, let me tell you, this song hit me in a huge way; I can't even begin to describe it. It's seriously one of my favourite songs ever, and an example of how well written an indie song can be. And happening across this cover art reminded me of first discovering it on Youtube all those years ago, and the dozens of times I've revisited it since. <3
