i've got pain on the left side of my abdomen and it feels like it's spreading and it's been hurting since yesterday nigth and I really don't want to have to go to the ER

Did it happen to start on the left side of or close to your back? And when you say moving/spreading. Just like all over or a certain way? If I'm not prying or anything.

Nope, towards the front. It's probably diverticulitis as I hit all the symptoms for that :') It's better today after drinking lots of water and a good night of sleep.
