Oh terrible thy woe upon thine mind, persistent and heavy that pain which grind Oh light, you wretched knave, making eyes wish to cave Oh sweet sounds once a comfort, now will dread within this court Oh painful chorus how plague you doth, like dangerous flame to a moth Oh comfort so sweet within embrace, fix it you would were you given the grace Oh hold me hold me beloved my dear, give this vexation something to fear Oh the morrow not so distant with grasping arms, this shall pass with your comforting charms
Migraine headache? Ouch! From personal experience I can tell you that they ain't no fun. The only thing you can do is go to bed and sleep until it goes away, unless you're on prescription for them and that ain't no fun, too.

vapeing less than 1/2 a gram of indica cannabis can switch off a migraine like a light switch (though it may take 15 min to take effect and you can count on being inert for at least 4 hours after that) I found it to be a very viable alternative to codeine and found it an effective treatment for my migraine headaches that I would get 3-4 times a week. worked for me, and a great alternative to other treatments available that leave you feeling like a wrung out dish rag or doped into a walking zombie. something you may want to look into --GF

provenin clinical trials to be medicaly quite effective.personally i found athe strain "blueberry" to be verry good at releaving blinding migraine headaches and by Vaporizing the product rather than smoking it, you get the benificial cannabanals without the unwanted byproducts of combustion. jus an FYI, Cannabis was listed in the U.S. Pharmicopia as an effective medication up to it's baning in 1937 by hennry anslinger and his "Marajuana Tax Stamp act" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marihuana_Tax_Act_of_1937
The American Medical Association (AMA) opposed the act because the tax was imposed on physicians prescribing cannabis, retail pharmacists selling cannabis, and medical cannabis cultivation/manufacturing. The AMA proposed that cannabis instead be added to the Harrison Narcotics Tax Act. The bill was passed over the last-minute objections of the American Medical Association. Dr. William Creighton Woodward, legislative counsel for the AMA, objected to the bill on the grounds that the bill had been prepared in secret without giving proper time to prepare their opposition to the bill.He doubted their claims about marijuana addiction, violence, and overdosage; he further asserted that because the word Marijuana was largely unknown at the time, the medical profession did not realize they were losing cannabis. "Marijuana is not the correct term ... Yet the burden of this bill is placed heavily on the doctors and pharmacists of this country."
Cannabis has Always been known as an Effective Medicinal, that is now being 'Redescovered' after 82 years of federal prohibition. Learning TRUTH from Propaganda is good for your Soul, :P

Hey, at least he wasn't promoting LSD... which they also think can cure migranes. Apparently anything that can alter brain chemistry is said to be a cure sooner or later.

I just want people who do drugs to argue where the argument starts... "I like getting high." There's nothing wrong with that. Just.. please don't try to dress it up as something more noble.

Yeah. It's the one thing I prefer about alcoholics. They never prattle on about the benefits of beer (though maybe they do about wine). They just tell you they like getting a buzz.

Beer is not only AWFUL but screws you up bad. That's why I prefer hard liquor! Now some wine is pretty good... I'm partial to a nice pink moscoto myself.

Even more annoying are "Silent" migraines - no pain, just every other symptom: hypersensitive to light and sound, vision gets weird, can't think straight, barely functional, etc. etc.
Any idea what the triggers are? One of mine is the weather - when a storm is on the way, I'm screwed.
Total agreement here. Even more annoying are "Silent" migraines - no pain, just every other symptom
I get them a lot myself. freaken sucks, ill usually keep a water bottle near my bed along with pills to take so I don't have to get up and then cover my eyes with my pillow with arms ontop to put pressure on, seems to help somewhat rather often.

I know how you feel. Lately I've been migraine free but have these scary anxiety problems, namely rapid heartbeat and chest pain. Woke up 10+ times just today alone from them and feel super weird and on edge. Poor Moppie had these before too causing some sleepness night for both of us and now he's in my shoes always worried about me and I'm sure I make his sleep harder too. ;-;'
