A character I created for a "Create your own hero" contest for the mobile game AFK Arena.

Lore:
Leena was born as the 6th and youngest in a litter of 5 other sisters. Compared to her sisters, she was small, unimpressive, and had no defining traits. However, Leena's mother loved her unconditionally, and she knew that in their Mauler society, Leena's fate would be to become a slave or have some other sort of demeaning labor-intensive job; A footstool for her entire life. Therefore she hid Leena's existence from the world. Leena didn't know the warmth of the sun, or the laughter from playing with other children. She spent most of her young life hidden away in closets or under floorboards, the few times she was allowed to be with her sisters in their home, they often teased their little sister, picking on her as they towered over her. Leena's mother was distraught, for she had realized she condemned her daughter to the very life she was trying to save her from.
Leena however didn't hold it against her mother, and she knew they both loved each other very much. But Leena couldn't help but feel guilty for her existence being a drain on the meager resources their family had. They had little money, but Leena's sisters all got jobs in hunting parties, bringing home food, or warrior jobs fighting in armies to earn their pay, while Leena only took without giving back. When the guilt was too much to handle, she threw a ragged curtain over her like a cloak and stole silently into the city when her family wasn't around. Perhaps she could find some money, or become a thief, after all it was a perfect career for someone who wasn't to be seen anyways. She wanted to provide for her mother, she needed to. She owed her that much at least. As Leena shuffled into the busy Mauler streets, she found it easy to go unnoticed, but before she could find a mark, there was a shout from a shop stall, "THIEF!" the shout cried out, and Leena froze. A chill running down her spine that made her fur stand on end as she felt like she was caught before she could even begin. This was it, she thought, her life was over.
Suddenly a figure bumped past Leena, knocking her to the sandy street as they ran at full speed from the shouts, but the shouts were soon replaced by gasps and cheering erupting from the crowd and Leena, still on her hands and knees looked up to see none other than their king.. HER king... The Blood Claw Brutus... Holding the thief high into the air by the neck. Normally catching a common street thief was beyond the might of Brutus, but he just happened to be in the right place at the right time, and as Leena stared up at him, with the sun glinting off of his powerful frame, a figure she had only heard stories and whispers about, her tiny chest swelled with both the pride of being a mauler, as well as a newfound purpose in her life. She wanted to be more than just a thief grabbing at scraps or hiding under the floorboards. She wanted to prove herself... to her sisters, to her mother, to every Mauler, but most importantly to Brutus. If she could get Brutus to look her way and see her as worthy of standing by his side, then her life will have had meaning.
Running back to her home, she began immediately training, sparring with her sisters, going with them on hunting trips, heavily disguised with paint, mud and cloth lest she get spotted. Her claws and ferocity grew sharp and deadly. Her speed and ravenous hunger for improvement soon dwarfed the skill of her sisters, though she was still much smaller, it provided her more agility. When she was confident she could escape or outrun any adversary, she stopped hiding behind cloaks or disguises. Having felt like she learned all she could, she left her family without them knowing, promising to herself that she'd one day make them all proud to call her their sister,... her mother's daughter... She would fight, and make Brutus acknowledge her, and be able to stand proudly by his side as equals.
