For the past years since the first Godzilla's Emergence the world evolved in Technology and the Monarch organization continued their work in secret so the younger generation would never know the truth behind the Titans but eventually the Lord of Order will emerge again for vengeance.

- After the death of Godzilla on December 13, 1958 the infant was last seen on the coast of the island as scientist calm that the infant was pain witnessing it's own father turn to bones from the Oxygen Destroyer. The Infant fled to the sea never to be seen again, Monarch spent never 50 years in search of the infant but no luck, they did stat that one day the infant will rise from the depths of the black sea to seek his revenge on humankind.

In the present day the Second Godzilla the next air to the throne of balance and destruction emerges from the depths to seek vengeance on mankind.
