Charlotte "Charlie" Monroh. Ty's mother and owner of the Cool Breeze book store/cyber cafe. Charlie is energetic, and short tempered. Coupled with her hobby of ninjutsu, these qualities often tend to leave her unconscious as she is severely anemic. When she isn't beating the crap out of her son for doing something stupid, Charlie likes to hang with her best friends, May and Annie.

that character (and by extension of) would work perfect for the game I'm creating. haven't gotten that fare yet tho but i do KNOW I've got vacant buildings all over the place if you'd like to fill 1 (or more)
