So, this one was so different I don’t even know where to start. Oh yeah, this is a commission for https://inkbunny.net/FuneralDirge He gave me a very creative challenge. He was inspired by my little Mingle, and he wanted a similar character in his Legends of Arima world. He came up with a wonderful setting - a cursed mansion hosting a lady based on Mingle, with a few of her staff. The curse of the house prolonged their lives, but also trapped them and it’s vary rare that they are able to breach it’s grounds, or host newcomers.
I was tasked with designing 5 characters that will live there, and small descriptions to each of them, so I could assign them a certain role, character, and personality, which was great. So these are: Aina - a mystery hunting, sassy mistress of the mansion, Ophelia - her younger, sickly sister, Mara - a caring, half rabbit, half scorpion hybrid taken as a maid, Alazar - their shy, and young looking guardian, Tyrian - a forward and eccentric painter.
There is a lot more to all of them, and maybe they will make various appearances sometimes in written, or picture form, I may even draw them myself from time to time X3
Anyway. Thank You Dirge so much for ordering. This was an amazing, and unforgettable challenge, and adventure for me :3 You are a great storyteller, and I can’t wait to see more of Your world, whenever I’ll have an opportunity to do so. I am proud I could contribute in this form :3
