This is EXACTLY why my Flaafy OC Belle doesn't want to evolve for. :P Just like her dad, the Exploration Society chief is as big of a derp as a Slowpoke. :P

Nah you are right, but he doesn't "forget" stuff, he has a very poor sense of direction, and actually FORGET's where he was supposed to be going.

But the art is still pretty accurate.

"Alright here is your missions for today! Good luck!" *later* "Oh your back! Great!.......What mission did I send you both to again?"
