Genuine because it uses Elven language. Bootleg because the author of the book didn't know what the symbols meant and just rolled with it. Finally some movement with Felicia's story, kinda. Originally she was browsing the internet and would've stumbled on this book being for sale, labeled as a DnD-like prop book with "Real Elven Texts". Then this comic would've appeared on the next one. But I just skipped the first one.
