Yes, this is based off the post-facelift Euro R107 with smol bumpers, and post-1983-ish facelift Bosch non-sealed-beam headlights - the U.S models had pre-facelift sealed beam lights per regulations, which, even after the post-facelift lamps were permitted, they continued importing North American models with (the sealed-beam headlights were also made by Bosch) - as well as the companion headlight wipers that these headlight types were required to have, as per European law
