The HAM Radio is a Fair in Germany, where new products are presented for the HAM Radio community. New Radios, Antennas, Measurement stuff, cables...

Boltee and his friends are electronic enthusiasts, and for them is going to a super great and fun event.
They are Winged Neko (the karakal), Karrn (the blue dragon), Boltee (the dog), and Furball (the black panther)
This picture shows them after the Fair, sitting in the Camp and relaxing, letting the day pass, while Neko is cooking the BBQ, he's seeing how his friends are looking their new adquisitions from the fair, as if they got new toys.

Licensed here since 1971. Never did get into QCWA. Nice artwork and subject. At first I thought this was about Field Day. Fairs are good, too.
I think I see an Elecraft KX2 or 3 on the table there.
