is not really a meme, is just an animation weaver made some time ago, a meme is more like an inside joke that a lot of people get.

But it must be quite popular among animators, quite a few recreations of Jack Stauber music video on youtube, if one search "doctor meme" there :3 it's really cute ..

But still not popular enough for it to have gotten its own knowyourmeme page :/ it must be because Dr.Dre have a song with similar title.

even if Jack Stauber songs get some fan animations, i wouldn't go as far to call it a meme.
