Character Description
Katie is Reggie's very caring mother. Like Meredith to Joseph, Katie cares a lot about her kid, especially with his immense nervousness, and tries her best to help him gain his self-confidence.

Katie is a very caring person and mother, and tries to keep her son out of trouble at all costs. However, she likes to hang loose every so often.

Background/History
When she was a teenager in high school, Katie was the girl that got all the boys' attention. But she wanted one true love, and believed to have gotten one in a boy named Lance. They eventually married, but after the birth of their only child, Reggie, Katie noticed that Lance had changed. He was more abusive and uncaring towards his family, treating Reggie like crap and constantly raping Katie, mostly forcing Reggie to join in. When she couldn't take it anymore, they got divorced. Katie now lives with Reggie and still hopes to find true love one day....
