Perhaps. But there are some possibilities. But when she became Lightmare Rarity, Rarity seemed to become more normal pony sized rather than more Alicorn sized, or at least it looked that way to me. And Sweetie-Bot didn't seem to be filly sized at least compared to other ponies (again as I recall). But also, Marshmellow is technically her reincarnated because she wanted to see her sister again, whom I only recall seeing her size comparisoned in a flashback panel as a filly. So it COULD be her, and so technically would still be Sweetie Belle protecting her big sister.
Either way, I'm just theorizing is all. It's highly possible it's someone completely different. I mostly suggest Sweetie Belle because there is a lot of fan art of Sweetie Belle as Mare-Do-Well so it's just where my mind goes.
